TALK THE TALK AND WALK THE WALK!

Everybody wants to be noticed;
Everyone wants to be recognized;
Everybody wants to be celebrated;
Everybody wants to be appreciated;
Everyone wants to be remembered;
Everyone wants to leave a mark on the sands of time;
We all desire the good things of life;
Buh good things neva come easy my dear;
Success is not a day's job;
It is not enough that u desire or want it;
Neither can it be enuf by just saying or proclaiming it;
You've got to talk the talk and walk the walk!
We all have dreams and aspirations in life;
But they only become real wen u work towards attaining them;
It is not for you to wake up in d morning den look in d mirror and
Say to yourself : "I'm going to be great" or "I'm going to be rich and famous";
Den u smile and go back to bed to sleep all day;
If it works dat way, den evri1 would hav bin Bill gates by now or Oprah Winfrey;
Buh itz neva dat easy;
Wat  distinguishes dese renowned great men and women is Hardwork.
Working hard aint just being busy doing nothing ;
Neither is it wasting ur time, efforts and resources on futile things;
Dis is why goal setting is very crucial to anyone dat must be successful;
Create and define your goals;
Know what you want and go for it;
Dont jes sit down and keep ringing it to the ears of your friends dat ure going to be this or by dat. Abeg tell me issit by mouth? Never.
You have to work towards it day in day out;
Dont stop until u get there; become unstoppable!
Don't let ur weaknesses and  challenges be a barrier;
Rather,  transform them into stepping stones;
True excellence does not rily lie in doing things right;
But it is doing right even when things go wrong;
You just have to stop talking and start working;
Neva give up on your dreams;
It may seem like there is no room for you;
Or the top is crowded already;
Buh sweedy d top is neva too crowded;
Create ur own space and mark ur territory;
As our faces are different so is our destiny;
Everyone has a unique role to play in dis world;
So discover what yours is and develop it;
Don't get intimdated by the achievements and successes of others;
But instead let dat be ur source of motivation and determination;
They came, they struggled and they conquered;
They don't have two heads; u can also do same;
Neva c anyone as beta dan you;
See yourself as the best of ur kind;
Cut yourself some slack even when you miss;
Not getting it right doesn't mean u have failed;
Uve only learnt something new trust me;
Come to think of it maybe u nid d experience afterall;
An african proverb says :
" He who has not tasted bitter fruit does not appreciate the bitter one"
Failure does not mean uve bin a fool, it only means u had enough faith to experiment;
So keep trying and enjoy the process of learning;
